I addressed many issues with them repeatedly before I finally gave up and decided to look for something else. good employees (the ones that come to work and actually do their job) gets no acknowledgement, while others (that refuse to take care of certain residents) get the perks. rules are not the same for everyone, one person gets wrote up for the same things others do daily and its overlooked. I finally quit looking for a return email after 3 weeks. they have an integrity line to call, which is also a joke. management gets there around 10am and leaves most days before 4. I had high hopes when I started there, but quickly came to see the reality of the situation. they go into cya (cover you a#$) mode and protect the ppl that aren't doing their jobs. No matter how many concerns or proof of ppl not doing their job or doing it incorrectly u bring to their attention, it doesn't matter.
